Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Krish Agent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Krish Agent is a developer-preview backend for a personal AI coding agent. It currently provides Google sign-in, device pairing and revocation, and model-provider configuration, testing, and discovery. Agent execution, tasks, tools, memory, and a local executor are not yet available. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn during the preview.
3. Accounts and access
- Access is limited to Google accounts the operator has allowlisted, up to a maximum of 10 accounts per deployment.
- Each account is separate: its devices, providers, models, tests, and audit records are not shared with other accounts.
- You must keep device tokens confidential. A token grants full access to the account until the device is revoked.
- You are responsible for activity performed with your credentials and for keeping your Google account secure.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate the law; access systems without authorization; probe, overload, or disrupt the service or its providers; distribute malware; infringe intellectual property; or use a model provider in breach of that provider's terms. The operator may suspend or remove access to protect the service or other users.
5. Third-party services
Sign-in is provided by Google, and model access is provided by the AI providers you configure. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for your provider credentials and for any fees those providers charge. The operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
6. Your configuration and credentials
You retain ownership of the provider configuration and credentials you submit. You grant the operator permission to store and process them solely to operate the service. Credentials are encrypted at rest, but you should use scoped keys where the provider supports them and rotate a key if you suspect exposure.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis without a service-level agreement. The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it, including during maintenance or capacity limits.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and revoke your devices. The operator may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. On request, the operator will delete account data as described in the privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Model output and provider metadata may be inaccurate, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you rely on.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or provider costs, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is currently zero.
11. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
